VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of Nampally Criminal Court sentenced Syed Ismail, Mohammed Fareeduddin, Syed Waheeduddin and Mohammed Hassan – ul – Qasimi 3-years imprisonment to each. They were found guilty of transferring 46 acres of land belonging to Darul-uloom Sabeel-us-salam school as private property by forging the signatures of the members of the society. Mr. Syed Aizazur Rahman, founder President of Darul-uloom Sabeel-us-salam and Syed Ziaur Rahman had filed a criminal case in Nampally Court. Police Station Asif Nagar had also filed a charge sheet into 2007.
It may be noted that Darul-uloom Sabeel-us-salam was established in 1982 in Salala, Barkas. A native of Bihar, Maulana Rizwan-ul-Qasimi who was also the Imam of Masjid Amera, Abids had transferred the school property in the names of his family members by forging the signatures of the founder members of the society. Mr. Qasimi died a few years back.
