A prisoner died while undergoing treatment at Gandhi General Hospital. Chilkalguda police told that 50-year-old Nawaz, S/O Razzaq, R/O of Mahboob Nagar was serving life sentence in Cherlapally Jail. According to sources, court had pronounced life sentence to Nawaz in murder case. Officials had shifted him to Cherlapally jail. He was shifted to the hospital on February 21 on account of illness. He died on Thursday night while undergoing treatment.
