The Position:
Pegasystems is currently offering several leadership positions as part of our Vertical Solutions team, a team of on-shore and off-shore developers and Product Managers. Senior level Solutions Engineers contribute to bookings growth and customer success, leveraging their knowledge as an experienced application designer and developer to create best of breed software offerings for a target industry. This role functions in and leads teams encompassing other technical and business professionals focused on building, maintaining and supporting solution frameworks for the target industry. Senior level Solutions Engineers work in a dynamic team environment where they will mentor junior team members.
In this role, you will:
Actively participate in design, development and testing of the target industry framework(s) in PRPC
Act as a mentor and review the work of junior team members to ensure it meets the required standards
Translate use cases and requirements into user stories
Drive new business growth and customer success by providing business expertise
Act as point of escalation to resolve customer issues Pega Offers:

The ideal candidate is dedicated to making it easy for customers to use our product by leveraging business expertise and using rigorous logic and creative methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
Qualifications will include:
Bachelors degree required
6 to 8+ years of development experience in Enterprise Applications using Java, J2ee technologies.
3 to 5+ Years of PRPC Experience or any BPM tool experience preferably.
Experience with integration technologies and database applications such as, but not limited to: SOAP, Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL and/or EJB
Strong object oriented design and implementation experience
Experience in a team leadership and mentoring role
