Mr. Binoy Kumar, IAS Principal Secretary to C.M. of A.P. has been transferred as Commissioner of Projects at A.P. Bhavan New Delhi. He will be designated as Principal Secretary of General Administration Department of A.P. as per the post. Chief Secretary, Dr. P.K. Mohanty, IAS issued G.O.Rt.4285 yesterday transferring him to New Delhi.
