A plan is being implemented at a cost of Rs 600 crore for the purpose, he stated. The TRS Government is committed to restore lakes to ensure that the agriculture sector will flourish in the State in the near future, he remarked. “Our flagship program of Mission Kakatiya is aimed at restoring all the identified 46,000 lakes and water bodies by spending a whopping Rs 35,000 crore”, Jagadish Reddy asserted.
