Hyderabad, December 4: Majlis Bachao Tahreek on Saturday urged the UPA government to call the judges of Allahabad high court to account, who have given judgment on Babri Masjid case on the basis of faith rejecting evidences. If the government remains silent over the matter then Muslim MPs especially Hyderabad MP should move a bill in the parliament.
He said that it has been a tragedy that the rights of Muslims of India have always been violated since the beginning.
He demanded that the UPA government cancel courts judgment and form a special bench again for hearing of Babri Masjid title suit.
Mr. Adam Malik advocate president Majlis Bachao Tahreek said that the stand taken by the Muslim Personal Law Board in this matter is hurtful for the Muslims.
He told that Majlis Bachao Tahreek will observe black day on December 6 in memory of Babri Masjid demolition tragedy.
A protest public meeting will be held at Azam Function Hall, Moghal Pura in this connection.
