New Delhi, October 15: The Press Association today welcomed the union cabinet’s decision to renew the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) facilities to PIB accredited journalists.
The association, which met here after the cabinet meeting, said it had been demanding restoration of the CGHS facility for long and had even met the Prime Minister in this regard.
The cabinet today decided to introduce a comprehensive health insurance scheme for accredited journalists and their families
