New Delhi : The President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, paid floral tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, former president of India, on the occasion of his birth anniversary at the Rashtrapati Bhavan today.
The President, along with other officers and staff, paid floral tribute in front of a portrait of Dr. Radhakrishnan at the Durbar Hall of the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Dr. Radhakrishnan, philosopher-author and India’s second president, was born on September 5, 1888.
His birth anniversary is observed as Teachers’ Day across India. ( ANI)
