Abu Dhabi, November 24: Lakhs of Indian expatriates heaved a sigh of relief on Indian President Pratibha Patil’s visit to United Arab Emirates. President Pratibha Patil inuagurated long awaited Indian Workers Resource Centre yesterday evening. This centre will extend 24 hours help and guidance to needy Indian expatriates.
Troubled Indians can contact on toll free number 80046342 which is specially dedicated to the Indians residing here. This toll free help line service is first and unique of its kind provided by any country for its expatriates. This help line service will receive complaints from the Indian expatriates, guide them and if required provide the eligible expatriates legal and medical aid through Indian Ambassy Mission. The centre is located at Bank street in Dubai.
