Green chilies 2 tbsp (ground)

White pepper powder ½ tsp

Cooking Directions
Marinate prawns with ginger, garlic paste and salt to taste.
In a bowl, combine 1 cup plain flour, corn flour, eggs, green chilies, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and salt to taste.
Coat prawns with 1 cup plain flour and dip in the prepared mixture.
Fry until golden brown and serve hot.
