Yadlapalli Pranjala stretched her winning streak to enter the ITF Under-14 girl’s semifinals of the Cologne Junior Tennis Cup- Internationale Deutsche Tennismeisterschaften today. According to information received here, Pranjala defeated Anastasia Detiuc of Moldova in straight sets at 7-5, 6-4. However,the Hyderabad girl lost her luck in the doubles where she and Himani Mor lost to the Russian duo of Anna Blinkova and Bladislava Litvinova in the doubles quarterfinals.. Though the Indian pair lost the first set without much fight with 2-6, they took the second set via the tie-breaker before going down in the decider after a valiant effort.
