“Texas is blessed to be abundant in energy (resources)”, he added.

He also ensured to create opportunities to import oil to help the Indian economy to grow.

He said, India is the third largest consumer of natural gas in the world, but still its per capita income generated out of this energy sector is very low.

He further highlighted the need to increase the City Gas Distribution (CGD) network while saying, “150 districts have been connected with CGD. 200 districts will be added in 2018. There is an indiction of the gas market in India.”
