Hyderabad: Popular Tollywood Actor Prabhas today received temporary relief in the Hyderabad High Court on his guest house seizure case. The court issued status quo order and adjourned the case to December 31, 2018.
A division bench of the High Court took up the case and heard the counsel for the actor. After giving a patient hearing to the actor’s counsel, the court issued status quo orders till the next hearing and adjourned the case to December 31.
It may be mentioned here that Prabhas filed an emergency petition in the High Court following seizure of his guest house located in survey no.46 in Panmakta village under Serilingampally Assembly constituency by the Revenue authorities. In his petition, the actor submitted to the court that he had also applied for regularization of his guest house under GO No.59 and urged the court to prevent the authorities concerned from taking any further action in the case.
