Potato Mince Cutlets

Ingredients:
*200 gm mince
*1 onion, finely chopped
*1/2 tsp ginger paste
*1/2 tsp garlic paste
*1 boiled potato, mashed
*1 eggs
*3 green chilies
*1 cup Water
*1 tsp red chili powder
*1/2 tsp all spice
*1 tsp salt
*1 tbsp coriander leaves
*oil for frying

Method:

*Place mince in a large pot or skillet.
*Add water, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, red chili, onion and salt.
*Cook for 20 minutes or until mince is tender.
*Let it cool for 10 minutes.
*Then place in chopper with coriander leaves, all spice, potato and 1 egg.
Mix well.
*Make flat cutlets out of the mixture.
*Dip in beaten egg.
*Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.Fry for 2-3minutes on each side or until crispy and golden brown. and serve.
