Recently board of intermediate dispatched migration certificates to the students belonging to Vishakhapatnam, Vijyanagaram and other areas; however the concerned clerk forgot to stick postal stamps on the envelops.
Social worker Shahbaz told that he found more than 10 such envelops lying on a footpath at Nampally area. He further told that throwing such important papers carelessly on the footpath puts a question mark on the performance of government missionary. He has urged collector Hyderabad and Human Rights Commission to pay attention towards the matter and take action against the negligent government officials.
The envelops contain IGS service stamp; they could have been handed over to the postal department, instead they were thrown on footpath. Had he not seen them on time they would have been washed away in rain and the unknown students would have to bear the loss.
