The extended date to submit online registration for post matric scholarship for minority students of the state ends on April 10. No further extension is likely. Although the minority students and their parents had appealed for the extension of last date, referring to the problems faced during online registration but the government paid no attention towards the representation.
The government had also extended the online registration date for post matric scholarship for SC, ST and BC students along with minority students. It is said that taking advantage of the one week extension, a large number of students enrolled their names through online registration. However many students could not avail the online registration facility due to delay in obtaining income certificate and other required certificates.
