Director General Anti Corruption Bureau Abdul Khayyum Khan said that there has been a very positive response to the admission process in 71 Minority English Medium Residential Schools to begin from June. Online application began from April 23 and nearly 400 applications have been received so far. The last date to submit applications online is May 15.
Talking to Siasat, Mr. A K Khan revealed that selection of buildings for 71 schools is in final phase and selection of over 50 buildings has been complete. He said that establishment of residential schools is the historic achievement of Telangana government and these schools can play an important role in eliminating educational backwardness of minorities.
He appealed minorities to avail the scheme and admit their children in Minority English Medium Residential Schools.
