Hyderabad: Minorities Development Forum of Siasat Urdu Daily organized 80th Du-ba-Du (Face-to-Face) Matrimonial Alliance Program at Colours Function Hall, Indira Nagar, Maula Ali. Mr. Abid Siddiqui, President of MDF presided over the function. Mr. Qadir Shareef, Chairman, Gems Education Society was the Chief Guest.
Mr. Siddiqui told that due to the efforts of Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily and Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Managing Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily, positive changes are taking place in the mindsets of Muslim community. He advised the parents to offer them moral teaching in addition to traditional education.
Mr. Mohammed Osman conducted the meeting. This is the IV program organized by Lalaguda Old Boys’ Association. Mr. Qader Shareef applauded the services of Siasat Urdu Daily. He lamented that the parents of the boys are exploiting the parents of the bride.
Mr. Mohammed Jahangir, Joint Secretary of the association told that the marriages of Muslim girls have become problematic since we are not prepared to celebrate our weddings in the light of Islamic teachings. Mr. Ahmed Siddiqui Mukesh presented Nat-e-Shareef. The speakers expressed their grief on the sad demise of Mr. M.A. Qadeer, organizing president of MDF and prayed for his salvation.
75 girls and 35 boys were registered in the program.
