DEARBORN: A Muslim man in Dearborn has filed a $100 million lawsuit against Little Caesars, alleging that they served him pizza that was labeled ‘halal’ which was actually made with pork.
He claims that he was ‘sick to his stomach’ after realizing he had accidentally eaten the pork pepperoni when he had ordered halal.
Reacting on the lawsuit, officials of Little Caesars said that they can’t comment on pending litigation but will take this claim very seriously. At this time, we believe it is without merit.
