Australia, March 15: Boy George has healed a 20-year rift with fellow gay pop star George Michael.
The Culture Club singer, 48, had blasted his rival for pretending to be a “straight stud” while in Wham! in the 1980s, The Sun reports.
But he revealed, “We have exchanged emails recently and things are pretty good between us.”
Michael, 46, had branded Boy George “a bitch”.
Michael did not admit he was gay until he was caught propositioning a US cop in a men’s toilet in 1998.
Boy George – who releases a comeback single on March 22 – added, “We’ve ‘spoken’ a couple of times by email. He seems to be doing OK right now.”
