Former MP Ponnam Prabhakar today ridiculed the State government for launching Rythu Bandhu scheme , instead of providing remunerative price to their produce. He also accused Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao for leaving tenant farmers in depression by not providing them the benefit under the Rythu Bandhu scheme.
In a pressnote released on the occasion of State Formation Day on June 2, Ponnam alleged that the State government failed to provide 12% reservations to Minorities. Instead of earmarking Rs 8,000 crore in the budget to complete the ongoing projects, the government should have launched Kaleswaram Medigadda project. He also accused the KCR government of failing to give house sites, double bed room houses and health cards to all. (NSS)
