Ponnam poses questions to KTR

Hyderabad: TPCC working president Ponnam Prabhakar on Thursday posed questions to his TRS counterpart K Taraka Ramarao following his appeal to people of the State to Vote for his party in the ensuing Lok Sabha elections. He demanded that KTR reveal the achievements made by his party’s 14 MPs earlier. He also asked KTR to talk about one promise in AP Reorganization Act achieved by the ruling party MPs.

Addressing mediapersons at Gandhi Bhavan today, Ponnam alleged that it was due to “mercy” of the Congress party that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao became MP of Karimnagar in 2004. He wanted to know from KTR as to how he made thousands of crore rupees from a normal employee of an IT company in the US. He also dared KTR to visit Karimnagar to know about him. He ridiculed that the anti-Telangana leader YS Jagan has become leader of KTR.
