Mines & Geology Minister Galla Aruna Kumari has said that no one becomes a criminal simply because he was served a notice.
Referring to the notice given to IT Minister Ponnala Lakshmaiah by the CBI to appear before it, she said that the notice did not make him a criminal. She said that the investigating agency questions several persons, in its attempt to catch the real culprit. (NSS)
