AICC secretary and MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy has asked TRS Chief K Chandrasekhara Rao whether witch-hunting AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi by him was a tradition of Telangana region.
Speaking to the media at CLP office here on Thursday, Ponguleti alleged that KCR has lost mental balance and was speaking as he wished. He alleged that KCR was utilising Telangana issue for the welfare of his family members and he was the main reason for suicides of 700 youth of Telangana.
Demanding that KCR tender an apology to Sonia Gandhi, Ponguleti said that Telangana Congress MPs do not need KCR’s certificate and it was not correct to him to express doubts on the sincerity of the Telangana Congress MPs.
Stating that it was unfortunate that feelings of pilgrims were injured with Jagan’s Srivari darshan, he demanded that the TTD give a comprehensive explanation on the Jagan’s episode. He also urged the State government to order an inquiry into the episode. (NSS)
