Ponguleti sees KCR’s hidden agenda on Third Front

Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy today alleged that Chief Minister KCR was moving ahead with a hidden agenda with regard to third front.

Speaking to the media here on Wednesday, Ponguleti said KCR has taken up third front slogan only for the sake of votes and forgot about launching a movement for implementation of the assurances incorporated in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act. He also coined a new definition for KCR saying K stands for Khiladi, C for Chathuryam and R for Reverse Management. He said the TRS MPs were staging protests in Parliament demanding that the Centre delegate powers to the States on fixing reservations.

“I approached the Court on the assurances mentioned in the Bifurcation Act and the Court faulted the Centre in this regard”, he informed. He also said his party would confront the State government in the Assembly on water scarcity across the State. He also said there was danger in the Centre’s river linking scheme and it would harm the interests of Telangana State, he added. (NSS)
