Pomfret Fish Fry is mouth watering, spicy and flavorful.

Ingredients:
Pomfret Fish – 1 3/4 kg
Red Chilli Powder – 8 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 3/4 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Coconut Oil – 3 teaspoon
Hing Powder – 1 1/2 teaspoon
Rice Flour – 1 cup
Rava (Fine Sooji) – 3/4 cup
Cornflour – 2 teaspoon
Oil – for frying
Instructions:
Clean the fish and slice into pieces.
In a bowl, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, hing powder, little water and mix well. Add coconut oil and mix again.
Keep the fish in between the palm and squeeze slightly to remove the excess water.
Apply the masala in between the fish and on all sides. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
In a plate, mix Rice flour, rava and Cornflour.
Heat oil in a pan, dredge the pomfret in the flour mixture.
Deep fry or shallow fry it.
Pomfret Fish Fry is ready to serve.
