Recently a water tank, constructed 5 years ago, was inaugurated at Ghouse Nagar Bandlaguda. The water supplied through the tank is soily. It is said that an influential personality is selling the water at the cost of Rs. 10 per barrel.
Locals brought the water supplied through the tank to Siasat office to show it as a proof. The water was extremely polluted. Local people are angry with the water works department.
