Political parties which do not have faith in welfare policies and developmentss depend on gymicks and try to take shelter under the umbrella of religion. Hitherto Hindus and the Muslims used to exploit religion for political gains but due to extra ordinary increase in the population of the Christians, a political party of AP is trying to appease this religious group.

Some political parties adopt the strategies of promoting the chances of success of the candidates belonging to their community. In such a situation, if a political party attracts Christians its election results could be in their favour.
Some candidates declare themselves as the true representatives of Christianity and they display it by keeping the Bible in their hands.
It is learnt from reliable sources that the son-in-law of a political party of the state has identified himself as the Christian missionary in the country and abroad. He is likely to play a key role to get the party of his in-laws into power.
He is making attempts to get the Christians in favour of his favourite political party. The results of polling could change if Christians adopt unipolar polling strategy in the next General elections.

Earlier, Christmas celebrations used to take place in churches on a small scale. There used to be no hospitality arrangements for the guests. Only they used to cut a Christmas cake in churches these days, churches are organizing special programmes much before Christmas and the guests are being served with sumptuous dishes of food. Huge amounts of money are also being distributed to persons and Christian organizations with an objective to mould their minds of the Christians in favor of a particular political party.
