Hyderabad, July 1: Minister for primary Education Mr. Shailajanath said that TRS chief Mr. K Chandrashekhar Rao is habituated to create panic when he feels that the situation is not conducive for him.
Arriving at the residence of Minister for Panchayat Raj Mr. K Jana Reddy, and trying to give the impression that the crisis like condition prevails is part of his plan, said the minister.
He told that a delegation of Seema-Andhra leaders will reach Delhi and submit a memorandum to high command demanding permanent solution of Telangana issue by acting upon Srikrishna committee report in which it proposed to keep the state united.
