Security forces Thursday freed a policeman in Jammu and Kashmir soon after he was abducted, police said.
Unidentified men seized head constable Mushtaq Ahmad at Baramulla, 54 km north of here, from a market Thursday.
Police and the army swung into action and rescued him from the old town area, a police officer said.
