Police seized 6 kg gold and Rs. 8 lakh during search operation

Precautionary measures taken and vigilance maintained by the city police in the aftermath of Dilsukhnagar twin blast are bearing good results and several illegal businesses and activities are being unearthed. During such operations Abids and Nampally police seized Rs. 8 lakh cash and 6 kg gold in two different drives.

Nampally police started search operation to keep eye on suspicious persons near railway station, meanwhile two suspicious persons belonging to Bangalore were roaming in the area. Police stopped them and frisked. While frisking police recovered 6 kg gold from their possession. Sunil and Sankesh of Bangalore posed themselves as marketing executives.
