With the reports of communal trouble at Saidabad, the sensitive area of city, city police is on high alert and is busy in repairing the cameras installed on central places of the city roads. Since the police is busy with the technical staff repairing the cameras it indicates that the police is not in a mood to take any risk.
The cameras were installed few years ago to identify people involved in communal miscreancy. The police teams were seen active in making the cameras functional along with technical staff.
Besides this, police also started arranging extra lighting at sensitive areas. Thorny wires have also been put up in sensitive areas. It indicates that police fear that untoward incidents may occur as reaction to the trouble incidences occurred on Sunday hence they are taking every precautionary measure to avoid it.
