Hyderabad, January 18: The police have registered a case of criminal intimidation against film producer Singanamala Ramesh and Bhanu Kiran, accused in the murder of Anantapur faction leader Maddelacheruvu Suri.
According to the information, one Jalyant Reddy, a film financier, has complained to the police that Ramesh and Bhanu have threatened him. He complained to the police that the two have threatened him in a property case. The value of the property is stated to be around Rs 7 crores.
The CCS police have said that they registered a case and started investigation. The connections Bhanu had with the film world are surfacing one after another. Police have already questioned another producer C Kalyan in connection with Suri’s murder. Police have questioned some 25 persons in connection with the murder of Suri so far.
