Student appearing for the recruitment exam of police constable and firemen in State Police can write the exam in Urdu language also.
issuing an order the State government has permitted the State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) to conduct the written examination in Urdu language in addition to Telugu and English languages for the recruitment of 20,429 police constables and firemen for which written examination would be held on June 17, 2012.
The SLPRB in a press note stated that candidates who had qualified for the written examination and those who intended to write the exam in Urdu language should inform the Chief Superintendent in writing on or before June 1, 2012.
