Police officer brutally murdered by unknown attackers in Bijnor

Lucknow: With increasing crime in India, even the protectors aren’t safe anymore with UP state reporting many police personnel killings.

Yet another Police personnel killing has surfaced in UP’s Bijnor where a SHO official was allegedly murdered and his fingers were chopped, was found in a sugarcane field.

SC Malik, Station House Officer, Balawali under the Mandwar Police Station was brutally killed and his service revolver stolen this Friday night by unknown attackers.

The attackers slit his throat and chopped off his fingers with a sharp edged weapon. The officer was thrown away in a sugarcane field after the murder said the reports.

The officer reportedly left around eight in the evening for Balawali post when he was attacked near Gopalpur village.

SP Bijnor Atul Sharma said “His body bore many injury marks with sharp-edged weapons. His service pistol is also missing. We have sought his mobile call details to gather some clues” and his family has also been informed said the SP.

The police is investigating the case said the District Magistrate Jagat Raj, as reported in Indiatimes.
