Hyderabad, November 17: The atmosphere in the old city has become tense after the attacks by the Hindu activists on the Muslim youths last week. As a result of which the businessmen of the old city have to pay the price for it.
It seems that till 6th December, the businessmen have to bear it. City Police Commissioner Mr. A. K. Khan held a meeting with the police officers of south zone in which he issued clear instructions to get the shops closed after 11 pm. Police implemented these instructions and started asking the shopkeepers to shut their shops from 10-30 itself.
Rumours spread in the old city with the action of the police. The inspectors of police were seen patrolling in their areas for maintaining law and order in the old city.
