Police file chargesheet against Hyderabad school principal

Hyderabad, September 24: Hyderabad Police have filed a chargesheet in a local court against Mohammed Salahuddin Ayub, former director of an international school who has been arrested for allegedly raping a teenager.

The Central Crime Station — a wing of Hyderabad Police, investigating the case on Wednesday last filed the chargesheet against Ayub after he was arrested on July 22 on charges of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old student, police said.

The CCS has charged Ayub, who is presently under judicial remand, under IPC Sections 376 (rape), 354 (outraging modesty of a woman), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 201 (causing disappearance of evidence of offence).

Ayub, also the school correspondent/principal of Parkwood International School, who lived in a penthouse in the premises of the residential school located at Manneguda in the neighbouring Ranga Reddy district, had allegedly sexually assaulted the girl, a native of Mumbai over 20 times since March this year.
