Police file cases against MRPS chief, followers for vandalism during rally

The Ramgopalpet police today filed cases against MRPS founder-president Manda Krishna Madiga and several MRPS activists for indulging in vandalism on Sunday night during their rally in the name of categorization of SC reservations.

The MRPS activists reportedly destroyed banners and hoardings of World Telugu Conference. They also resorted to attack police with sticks and chairs. The protestors also allegedly set bikes of police men ablaze. In this connection, the Ramgopalpet police filed cases against MRPC chief and activists for indulging vandalism and disturbing peace, law and order situation. (NSS)
