Some motorists have attacked a traffic police constable on duty Naga Mohan Reddy, when the latter demanded a two wheeler owner to pay Rs.270 related to an earlier challan immediately, at Shivam Road. A verbal dual took place between the traffic constable and the scooter rider, and they resorted to jostling. Due to this, the traffic came to a halt. The irate motorists attacked the constable and beat him up.
