City police conducted a cordon search at the limits of Tappachabutra police station on Saturaday night.
Joshwada, a habitat for a large number of families migrated from Maharashtra was the main target of the search. The police hunted every house and taken 40 suspects into custody including four who have rowdy sheets on them.
Police also seized 20 vehicles which don’t have appropriate documents.
Under the direction of west zone DCP Venkateswar Rao, around 150 police personal participated in the drive. (NSS)
