Police caught 5 for trying to sale plot with fake document

Jubilee hills police on Monday arrested five persons for allegedly trying to sell a plot with fake documents.
The accused are identified as Mir Mohsin Mohiuddin Ali Khan (42), Vodde Ramulu(52), Mallepaka Srihari (43), Mashetty Nagender Gupta(32), Khaja Khutubuddin(46).

The prime accused, Syed Raza Nadeem (29), resident of Darushifa, who is an advocate and the other Nisar Ahmed is on run. A case has been registered against them.

According to police, the accused created a forged Voter ID card of the land owner Lakshmi Raghuramaiah, who expired in 2003. Susheela Bai (83) impersonated as the land owner and the accused persons tried to sell the plot 550-V with the certified documents of plot No. 550, for Rs 1.7 crore, by saying that the property is worth Rs 7 crore and as they do not have link documents, they were selling it for a lesser price.

The complainant, who came to know that his land documents were created and somebody was trying to sell the same, immediately lodged a complaint with Jubilee Hills police.
