Hyderabad: A gang of five persons which was involved in betting on cricket match held on 16th October at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi, UAE was arrested by Task Force Team of North Zone Police, Secunderabad.
According to the report, P Mahesh Babu (46) with four of his companions S. Jitendar, Kiran Kumar, Rajesh Thirani and Mohit Juneja was receiving bets at his residence in Ramgopalpet, Secunderabad.
Police seized Rs 2, 92, 000 cash, TV set, Setup box, Laptop and 18 mobile phones. They were handed over to Ramgopalpet Police Station.
