Facts of the case are that on 25.10.2013,the Police KPHB and Kukatpally received a complaints from Podaru Naveen 29 Years,Operation Assistant Mangar Scientific Security Management Services Pvt.Ltd.stating that,on october 24,in the evening,they received complaints from customers that no cash is available in HDFC ATM Centers of KPHB and Kukatpally limits,on that they audited the cash and found that cash of rupees 28,00,000 from (3) HDFC ATM Centers at Pragathi Nagar,rupees 23,01,000 from Mayuri Estate,rupees 14,50,500 from 2 ATM Centers from KPHB 4th Phase is missing.On enquiry they came to know that on 23.10.2013,G.Chandrashekhar Reddy,who is custodian called one Rajeshwar who is working as custodian in the same organization and told that the ATM Centers are not working and asked to give password to rectify the same.After taking Password Chandrashekhar Reddy alone went to the ATM centers and committed theft of total net cash rupees 65,51,500 from 5 ATM centers and 7 ATM machines in the limits of KPHB PS.The complainant further alleged that the accused also went to the two ATM centers at Balajinagar and Allwyn colony and committed theft of Rs,19,50,000…………..
On receipt of complaint the Police KPHB registered a case in Cr.No. 1120/2013 U/s 381 IPC and Police Kukatpally P.S registered a case in Cr.No. 898 /13 U/S381 IPC and immediately the Police swung into action and deployed special teams to nab the culprit and to recover the stolen cash of Rs.85,01,500…………
While the efforts are in progress,on november 5 the Police KPHB succeeded in nabbing the accused Gopu Chandrashekhar Reddy @ Chandu 29 Years,custodian of HDFC ATM Centers Kukatpally area, ( through Scientific Security Management Services Pvt. Ltd.)resident of Venkateshwara Nagar colony,Jagathgirigutta native of Chinna Obinenipally village Besthavaripeta mandal in Prakasham district,and recovered rupees 65,51,500 which was stolen from the HDFC ATM centers under KPHB P.S.limits and rupees 19 lakhs which was stolen from the HDFC ATM centers under the limits of Kukatpally P.S.and all put together rupees 84,51,500 at Molkathalla village of Anahtapur District while he was shelter in a house(SNB)…….
