Kolkata, April 11: Two persons, who had joined work with the ground handling agent of the N S C Bose International Airport here with forged appointment letters have been arrested by police.
According to police two persons reported for work with Bhadra International, the sole ground handling agent of the airport with appointment letters yesterday.
The employees of Bhadra International at the airport became suspicious with the appointment letter and checked with their head office about its authenticity.
When their head office informed them that no such appointment letter had been issued, they immediately informed the police.
Police arrested the two persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by Bhadra International, the sources added.
