Hyderabad: The Chilkalguda police apprehended four accused persons Bhuvaneswar Pasman, Shankar Kumar Purvey, Subhash Kumar, and Rambhu, all from Bihar, following a complaint from one Anil Kumar Patel of Ghatkesar.
Police seized an amount of Rs. 10,000/- and I Phone.
Investigation done has revealed that the accused persons came to Hyderabad and they hatched a plan of committing thefts by diverting their attention and committing theft of luggage bags by speaking to them in a mesmerizing manner and even trapping the people on saying that they reserve the tickets of the Bihar going candidates for some amount of concession, and cheated them.
