Police announced high alert in Hyderabad city at 14 places after bomb rumors

The City police today brushed aside rumors that terrorists were hatching conspiracy for trigger bomb blasts in the capital city. 

On Saturday, Hyderabad, Cyberabad, Rachakonda police commissioners M Mahender Reddy, Sandeep Shandilya and Mahesh Bhagath respectively responded on the rumors doing rounds in the social media that “the police announced high alert in Hyderabad city as terrorists had warned to trigger bomb blasts at 14 places, including Dilsukh Nagar Saibaba Temple, Kukatpally Shopping Complex, Mehdipatnam, Old City, Charminar, Lakdikapul, Dhoolpet, Kachiguda, Secunderabad Station, MGBS Station, High Tech City. The police commissioners said the rumors were false and baseless. (NSS)
