Vizianagaram,October 31: Police sounded an alert in the district, especially in the fort town, following information that deputy commander and action team member of Srikakulam-Koraput joint divisional committee of the CPI (Maoist) Chedda Bhushanam alias doctor alias Katro alias Nagaraju was in the town with a motive to attack his targets.
Navin Gulati, OSD, released his photograph to the media on Thursday night seeking people’s assistance. He appealed to general public to dial 1090 if they identified him. As a precautionary step the police stepped up vigilance and checking all vehicles.
