Sidharthnagar UP: Launching a scathing attack on the Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his recent statement on conspiracy across the borders causing rail accidents in Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday said that former is fooling the nation.
Highlighting his development agenda CM Akhilesh Yadav dubbed the BSP as ‘patthar wali sarkar’ and taunted the BJP’s promise of ‘acche din’.
He also accused the BJP for copying their manifestos and for not doing anything for the welfare of the people.
He took potshots on PM Modi and said that a country cannot function if one person decides that the currency notes of 500 and 1000 won’t be legal tender after midnight and again opined that the money in not black or white, but the transactions are and said it was only the common people who faced the sole brunt of the drive.
He also questioned PM Modi for not disclosing the amount of black money collected after his demonetization drive.
Asserting that the SP does not differentiate between its promises and action, Akhilesh said that his party has always fulfilled all the promises and will fulfill in coming days as well.
Akhilesh also taunted PM Modi over his monthly radio address ‘Mann ki Baat’ and warned people to be wary of people who do ‘Mann ki Baat’ and requested him to do bit of ‘Kaam ki Baat’.
Continuing his tirade against the opposition, Akhilesh said that the PM Modi must have given gas stoves to needy but has also increased the cylinders price in last three years in his governance.
He urged the people to vote for his SP government again. (ANI)
