Prime Minister Narendra Modi handed over the annual Batukbhai Dikshit award of the Surat Shaher Patrakar Kalyan Nidhi to 13 Gujarati journalists here on Wednesday.
Prime Minister Modi also congratulated the awardees for this honour.
