PM Modi likely to meet Sharif in Washington D.C. on Mar. 31

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will be in the United States next week to attend the Fourth Nuclear Security Summit, is likely to meet his Pakistan counterpart Nawaz Sharif in Washington D.C. on March 31.

Prime Minister Modi is set to begin his three nation visit to Belgium, the United States and Saudi Arabia on March 30.

The Prime Minister is beginning his trip from Belgium, from where he would depart for Washington D.C to attend the Fourth Nuclear Security Summit on March 31 and April 1.

The Nuclear Security Summit process has been instrumental in focusing leaders’ level attention on the global threat posed by nuclear terrorism and urgent measures required to prevent terrorists and other non-state actors from gaining access to sensitive nuclear materials and technologies.

From the United States, Prime Minister Modi will proceed for an official visit to Saudi Arabia on April 2 and 3. (ANI)
